For clients who are uncomfortable removing their clothes for a massage treatment, or who cannot get down on the floor to receive a shiatsu or Thai massage treatment on a futon, Ten Zo is the answer. Ten Zo is a treatment given to a fully-clothed client on a massage table. It involves Western concepts such as knowledge of anatomy and the ability to palpate muscle tension, and kneading, elbow and forearm techniques from massage therapy. Eastern concepts of sensing qi are incorporated along with palming, thumbing and range of motion techniques for the hips, shoulders and neck from shiatsu. To elongate muscles, stretches for the arms, legs and back from Thai massage complete the treatment.

CANCELLATION A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of appointments or full payment is expected. Clients will also be charged full payment for missed or forgotten appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS Sessions are booked in close proximity so there may not be enough time to receive a full session if you arrive late for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged the full session fee. A late arrival of 15 minutes or more will be considered a missed appointment.
RETURNED CHECKS There will be a $35.00 charge for any returned checks.
