PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING: 

I can help you attain your fitness goals by creating a fitness plan or enhancing an existing one.  Focus is on cardiovascular training, strength training, flexibility and stretching, goal setting and weight management.  This is accomplished through lifestyle changes, behavior modification, and nutritional counseling and planning.

I will share my knowledge and expertise with you, so that you will have the ability to maintain your fitness level and have the motivation to continue a healthy lifestyle.  By the time we're finished, you'll feel better and have the tools to stay that way!

So whether you:

  • need to gain or lose weight; 
  • are a newcomer to the world of health and fitness;
  • want to experience a different approach or just need some fine tuning, or
  • have tried all the fads and gimics on the market today with no success

I CAN HELP YOU.  Come prepared to focus and work hard.  But, also come prepared to have fun and enjoy your workouts!

GETTING STARTED FYI'S:

  • Throw out the scale and get a mirror:  If weight loss is your biggest health issue, invest in a session with a qualified nutritionalist - it will be well worth the money.  A good nutritionalist will work around your particular lifestyle.
  • Take your training in baby steps:  Set a low but attainable goal, like taking a walk for 20 minutes three times a week for a month or two.  When you reach that goal, reward yourself (but not by pigging out at McDonalds!) and set a new attainable goal. 
  • Listen to your body:  No trainer knows your body like you do.
  • Eat small meals every three or four hours:  This will help you to avoid overeating, keep your blood sugar levels in check and keep your body in maximum caloric burning mode.  DON'T skip breakfast!
  • Last but not least:  Have fun and laugh as much as you can, everyday!  A good laugh prolongs life.  Things could always be worse.

Always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise, nutrition or supplementation program.

  


SESSION RATES

  •  Single Session - $75
  •  Series - $50 per session (must purchase a minimum of 8 sessions to receive this rate)
  •  Consultation (one-on-one) - $75

CANCELLATIONS

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of appointments or full payment is expected. Clients will also be charged full payment for missed or forgotten appointments.  Remember, consistent attendance is the only way to get results.


LATE ARRIVALS

Sessions are booked in close proximity so there may not be enough time to receive a full session if you arrive late for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged the full session fee. A late arrival of 15-minutes or more will be considered a missed appointment.


RETURNED CHECKS
There will be a $35.00 charge for any returned checks.
